Climbing Wall Assistant
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Wall Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of day-to-day life at the centre.
Welcome customers, check them in, and ensure paperwork is complete
Support and supervise climbers on the wall, offering advice and encouragement
Maintain a safe, clean and friendly environment across all areas of the centre
Serve food and drinks in the café and support the retail space
Help with setting up and closing down the centre, and keeping everything running smoothly
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ Great with people – whether it’s welcoming new climbers or keeping regulars happy
✅ Responsible and safety-conscious
✅ Flexible and reliable – available for shifts including evenings and weekends
(No climbing experience is preferred but not essential needed – we’ll train you up!)
Part Time Climbing Instructor:
CORE DUTIES
Provide quality instruction and learning experiences that help each student meet the objectives of the course in a fun, enthusiastic, and safe environment;
Be punctual, prepared and ready to work.
Knowledge of health and safety within a climbing environment and strong commitment to highest standard of health and safety;
Must consistently adopt industry best practice throughout;
Responsible for the use of climbing equipment, including pre-use checks of equipment, checking in equipment after courses, utilise the equipment provided correctly and safely at all times, and in accordance with ROF59 Health and Safety Policy and manufacturers’ instructions;
